Where the Tide Breathes Art Coasters – Set of 2 | Jennifer F

Where the Tide Breathes Art Coaster

Created from my original painting Where the Tide Breathes, this coaster brings together the changing sky, darker water and coastal landscape that first drew me to the scene.

For the coaster design, I've used sections of the painting to create horizontal layers, allowing the softer greys and blues of the clouds to sit above the deeper colours of the sea and the warmer, earthy tones of the coastline.

One of the things I enjoy about coastal landscapes is how much they change with the weather and the movement of the tide. The land remains familiar, but the light, water and sky are never quite the same from one moment to the next.

Part of my Held by the Tide – Homeware collection, this set of two coasters offers another way to enjoy Where the Tide Breathes beyond the original painting.
