A Year in Art brings together twelve of my original paintings, chosen to accompany you through 2027.
From changing seas and gathering storms to wildlife and quieter landscapes, each month offers a different view into the natural world, together with a short thought from me about the painting and what drew me to it.
More than somewhere to keep track of the days, I wanted this calendar to feel like a small piece of art to live with throughout the year.
The calendar
Each month features a full-page reproduction of an original Art by Jennifer F painting, followed by a practical monthly calendar with space for notes.
Across the twelve months you’ll find Quietly Sheltered, From the Deep, Beneath the Light, Before the Rain, The Black, Ocean Breeze, Midnight Blue, Veil of Sand, The Still Tide, Where the Tide Breathes, Where the Sky Breaks and The Tempest.
Beside each month is a short reflection from me. These aren't descriptions of the paintings, but some of the thoughts and observations behind the way I see them, from noticing the changing light before rain to wondering what might lie beyond a distant dune.
